The cat eye is my go-to when I’m feeling fancy, or even when I’m too lazy to do any other kind of makeup. When you don’t feel like putting on a full face of foundation, blush, contour, paint on a cat eye and you’ll be good to go!
I have gotten so good just out of practice that it now takes me about a minute on each eye. It took me a year to get the hang of it. Practice makes perfect. I used to sit in front of the mirror for 30 minutes trying to perfect and match both eyes. The truth is: it is nearly impossible. There will be one line that is thicker or longer than the other. Once you get close enough, put down the eyeliner and leave your eye alone.
- Follow the shape of your natural eye
